Description
We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager / Senior Growth Hacker to drive high-impact growth initiatives, focusing on acquiring, converting, and scaling customers at scale. This role is for someone who thrives in a data-driven, experiment-heavy environment and understands how to leverage creative tactics, automation, and rapid iteration to generate measurable growth, and is curious about AI.
You will work cross-functionally with growth, product, and sales development teams to optimize conversion funnels, launch high-ROI campaigns, and develop innovative strategies to take market share from competitors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across multiple channels (organic, paid, referral, partnerships, product-led growth, etc.).
- Own our website, analyze funnel performance and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize customer acquisition and LTV.
- Introduce AI tools and methodologies in order to cut costs, save time, do much more with existing resources, or do things we were never able to do before.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks across landing pages, ad creatives, and onboarding flows to enhance engagement and retention.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously experimenting with emerging growth channels, tools, and tactics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in doing something similar.
- Creative out of the box thinker.
- Deep understanding of human psychology, dev marketing, UI/UX.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience running experiments, tracking performance metrics, and making data-backed decisions.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRO, and funnel optimization tools.
