Bookkeeper

Description

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team.

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis, and cash disbursements.

Responsibilities


  • Manage and process invoices from vendors in collaboration with the Procurement Team.
  • Prepare weekly payments.
  • Manage expenses, travel reimbursements and all expense reports.
  • Be responsible for the company's credit card process, reconciliation, and payments.
  • Assist with the monthly billing procedure ensuring proper invoices are issued to the customers.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing procedures
  • Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.



Requirements


  • 2 + years of bookkeeping experience (experience from a hi-tech company is an advantage)
  • Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
  • English at a high level (writing, reading and speaking)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented and with a “can-do!” and service-oriented approach
  • Experience working with Priority - a significant advantage

Responsibilities



  • Create and lead an ongoing program for customer engagement on an annual basis.
  • Develop and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with our customer community, ensuring that they get value from the program.
  • Engage with enterprise customers to facilitate our ability to capture stories that illustrate their success with us in video testimonials, speaking opportunities, case studies, etc.
  • Help maximize the effectiveness of GTM (Go-To-Market) and GTC (Go-To-Customer) efforts by supporting product launches, campaigns, events, and media activities by serving up customer references and customer content.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to identify possible opportunities to further advance the program. 
  • Work closely with the entire marketing team to ensure we fully leverage the customer deliverables across the company’s channels.


Requirements



  • 5+ years of in-house marketing experience, from a global tech B2B product company
  • Native English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience working closely with a large variety of customers, ranging from strategic start-ups to enterprises, and forming ongoing relationships that generated value
  • Deep understanding of initiating content and activities of high quality

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of SME and SMB accounts by developing and nurturing customer relationships
