We are seeking an energetic and data-obsessed Partnerships Manager to support our rapidly growing mission and team.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will help expand the Initiative community and reach by building and managing relationships, while also developing a comprehensive understanding of Bright Data’s technology to effectively meet the needs of our partnership community.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new partners (inbound and outbound).
- Conduct introduction calls with prospective partners to comprehensively understand their needs and to explain how our products can address these challenges.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships through regular calls, meetings and QBRs.
- Conduct tutorials and training sessions to educate on data utilization and on ways to leverage public web data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Finance, Support and Product teams, acting as the voice for our partners, to ensure their needs are met.
- Assume full-cycle responsibility for partner management, providing continuous support and facilitating positive partner experience and long-term relationships.
- Compile periodic impact reports and data analysis on partners performance.
Requirements
- Prior account management / customer success (or similar client-facing role) experience in the tech domain or in the third sector, dealing with tech.
- Experience in developing, nurturing and managing customer and/or partner relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and to translate results into reports and better solutions
- Native English - a must.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Prior experience in conducting tutorials and training sessions - a big advantage.
