Description
We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to manage and optimize Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns alongside LinkedIn and other performance marketing platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives on data-driven decision-making, continuous experimentation, and aggressive optimization to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Google Search Ads campaigns and full funnels, optimizing for high-intent, high-conversion traffic.
- Scale Google Display and YouTube campaigns, ensuring a performance-driven approach with clear ROI.
- Strategically expand paid acquisition efforts across other platforms as secondary channels.
- Continuously optimize keyword targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion
- Rates.
- Plan and execute targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & LinkedIn campaigns with a budget of over $100K per month.
- Strong expertise in keyword strategy, audience targeting, bid optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.
- Familiarity with landing page testing, CRO principles, and marketing automation.
- Experience planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns - Advantage.
