Bright Data’s Marketing team is looking for passionate Business Development Representatives with a hunter’s mindset and strong communication skills to help drive new business growth.
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers: identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and turning interest into a qualified pipeline.
*We’re actively hiring in Germany, Spain, Belgium (French-speaking), the UK and Holland*
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer challenges, needs, and goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay up to date on Bright Data’s solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including lead generation and meeting quotas.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR role or lead generation role from a SaaS B2B company
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
- Technical orientation with the ability to learn and articulate complex technical solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with the data industry, web scraping, or data-driven solutions is a big advantage.
- Fluent English and local native-level language skills are required for local market engagement
